Columbian Logistics

10,536 pallet positions — 30% more than competing bids
Progressive Handling drive-in pallet storage system at Columbian Logistics

The challenge

Columbian Logistics needed to maximize pallet storage positions within their existing footprint. The building wasn’t changing; the task was to get as many storage positions as possible out of the space they already had.

What we built

A drive-in storage system with 439 bays configured back-to-back, 6 deep – a high-density layout designed to extract the maximum number of pallet positions from the available space.

The outcome

10,536 pallet positions. This was 30% more than competing bids on the same project.

The result

10,536 pallet positions — 30% more than competing bids
