Viking Spas needed to expand storage capacity, without expanding the building footprint. The space was fixed; the goal was fitting four times the SKU count into it.
A pushback rack system organized around product flow. Units needed most often were made most accessible, with the racking configuration designed around SKU velocity rather than uniform storage. The result is a system that works with how Viking Spas operates, not against it.
SKU capacity grew from 15 to 60, four times the original capacity in the same footprint.
