Processing capacity increased from 250 to 1600 head of cattle per week, 600 more than the client initially planned for. Engineered for this volume from the ground up, the system gave Upper Iowa Beef room to scale without the bottlenecks, labor strain, or reliability issues that come from pushing existing equipment past its limits. Integrated conveyor, storage, and automated handling components kept product moving through each stage consistently as production ramped up.
